Carriers: Due to A Gathering of Fibers location, we only ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please remember that some items may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery because I order from New Zealand. USPS charges by the weight and not the distance a parcel travels. Prices are subject to change according to postal fees. If there is a price correction of any significant amount on an order received, A Gathering of Fibers will contact you via email before processing of your order, otherwise, A Gathering of Fibers will make any small adjustments needed.

Damaged Products:

DO NOT throw away box or damaged item(s). Contact your local Post Office immediately. Please notify A Gathering of Fibers by e-mail, within 5 days, so that we can assist in claim process if neccessary.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with A Gathering of Fibers products is important to us. Items may be returned with prior authorization, if received within 30 days for Domestic orders and 60 days for International orders. Please notify A Gathering of Fibers by e-mail only, for the return of any and all items. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
